- To sign a detailed contract of renovation with each customer and provide them a copy
- To complete each renovation project with in time frame agreed upon with our customers
- To only utilize skilled & qualified plumbers & electricians with valid training and certification
- To always remove renovation rubbish upon completion of each project at no cost to customer
- To maintain a healthy business relationship with all our present and past customers in good faith
- To utilize interior designer to assist our customers in proper planning and design of their projects
- To inform and assist our customers regarding bylaw requirements and preparation of building plans
- To always follow up with our customers to ensure that our finished projects continue to perform well
